What you'll do

Manage project schedules including critical paths, dependencies, and systematic status reporting for large-scale search products.
Identify and mitigate risks while proactively re-planning projects to meet aggressive delivery timelines.
Lead experiment prioritization and manage testing budgets for search and generative answer features.
Provide executive leadership with objective data regarding program health and key performance indicators.
Drive consensus across cross-functional teams to align on technical requirements and product goals.
Measure and improve relevance, quality, and usage metrics using both quantitative and qualitative data.
Collect and integrate internal dogfooding feedback during the feature development and iteration cycles.
Propose and implement new operational processes to improve team efficiency and delivery results.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
3+ years of experience driving large-scale program building for machine learning powered products.
Strong ability to manage complex project schedules, dependencies, and critical paths across multiple interdependent workstreams.
Solid knowledge of technical system architecture and systems design tradeoffs.
Proven ability to drive consensus among cross-functional teams and communicate abstract ideas clearly to all levels of leadership.
Experience delivering search and generative answer relevance metrics and quality improvements in large scale products (preferred).
Experience orchestrating the delivery of multiple significant client/server software products requiring large organizations of 100+ people (preferred).
Computer Science postgraduate degrees or an MBA (preferred).
