What you'll do

Define, prioritize, and plan the project portfolio for technical infrastructure and system requirements.
Lead large-scale infrastructure projects including data migrations, hardware deployments, and service outage remediations.
Develop standard operating procedures and process improvements to enhance operational maturity and efficiency.
Coordinate technical design discussions and requirement gathering sessions across multiple cross-functional engineering teams.
Identify and communicate project risks early while managing complex system interdependencies.
Create and present technical roadmaps to ensure successful delivery of cloud service features.
Resolve conflicts and navigate ambiguity to ensure projects meet committed timelines.
Act as a problem solver for business risks by analyzing requirements and influencing partners without direct authority.

What we're looking for

Bachelor of Science in computer science or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software development project management for SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure domains.
Experience leading large-scale infrastructure programs with a focus on cloud environments.
Proven ability to prioritize features, lead technical roadmaps, and communicate risks early.
Strong organizational, project management, and technical savvy.
Ability to influence partners without direct authority through negotiation and leadership skills.
Proficiency in analytical troubleshooting and complex problem-solving.
Experience with Kubernetes or Scrum Master roles is a plus.
