JOB TITLE: SRE Engineering Program Manager: iCloud (ASE) The SRE Engineering Program Manager: iCloud (ASE) joins the Service Reliability Engineering team to manage the infrastructure supporting critical cloud services. You will partner with SRE leaders and Engineering Program Managers to define, prioritize, and deliver a portfolio of technical and system needs. Daily responsibilities include deploying end-to-end infrastructure environments, supporting feature launches, managing data migrations, and remediating service outages while maturing operational standard methodologies. You must navigate complex interdependencies to execute projects on committed timelines. Required skills include a BS in computer science, five years of experience in software development project management for SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure domains, and expertise in cloud environments. Knowledge of Kubernetes and Agile SCRUM methodologies is preferred. You will solve business risks and technical problems to ensure service availability, scalability, and security.

What you'll do

Define, prioritize, and plan the project portfolio for technical, infrastructure, and system needs.
Lead the deployment of end-to-end infrastructure environments, hardware deployments, and data migrations.
Coordinate technical design discussions and requirement gathering among multiple cross-functional engineering teams.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve operational efficiency and maturity.
Analyze business risks and requirements to solve complex problems within the cloud services domain.
Manage the full project lifecycle from initial roadmap building to operational sustainability.
Identify and communicate project risks early while navigating conflicts and ambiguity to meet timelines.
Facilitate requirements sessions, design meetings, and progress status updates for SRE and development teams.

What we're looking for

BS in computer science or related field.
5+ years of experience in software development project management for Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure domains.
Experience leading large-scale infrastructure programs with a focus on cloud environments.
Experience prioritizing features, leading technical roadmaps, and communicating risks early.
Proven history of leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and influencing partners without direct authority.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
Experience with Kubernetes (preferred).
Agile project experience with knowledge of SCRUM or experience as a Scrum Master (preferred).
