What you'll do

Drive end-to-end program execution across multiple teams to deliver search infrastructure and products.
Manage complex project schedules including critical paths, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
Lead the integration of large language models and advanced AI technologies into user features.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on technical requirements and goals.
Define and track key performance indicators such as quality, usage scale, and other metrics.
Collect and incorporate internal feedback during feature iterations to improve user experience.
Communicate project status and technical updates clearly to executive leadership.
Propose and implement new processes to improve team operations and delivery efficiency.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Master's degree in Computer Science is preferred.
8+ years of experience driving large-scale program building for machine learning powered products.
3+ years of experience bringing a product from concept to completion, specifically with machine-learning features or complex systems.
Experience with Cloud Infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Deep understanding of software development for machine-learned products and using analytics/evaluation data to improve them.
Excellent program management skills including structuring programs and managing multiple interdependent work streams.
8+ years of experience in delivering search and generative answer quality improvements is preferred.
