Senior Engineering Program Manager, Find My

What you'll do

• Lead delivery of complex customer-facing features across Apple platforms from concept to launch.
• Create and adapt execution plans that balance product priorities with engineering feasibility.
• Ensure clear expectations and high-quality deliverables for all teams involved in the project.
• Define program priorities, scope, and success metrics while balancing technical and user value.
• Critically evaluate user experiences and translate pain points into actionable refinement plans.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of Program Management or Technical Program Management experience in technical programs or cross-functional software initiatives.
• Proven success shipping client applications (iOS/macOS) and complementary web/backend services.
• Strong collaboration with engineering teams and ability to make technically informed decisions.
• Exceptional organizational skills, managing multiple moving parts simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs and driving alignment across stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in projects with rapidly changing information while delivering work.
