What you'll do

Lead end-to-end program execution for large-scale machine learning products and search infrastructure.
Drive consensus among cross-functional teams to align on common goals and execution plans.
Create and manage project schedules including critical paths, dependencies, and systematic status tracking.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks while re-planning projects as needed to meet aggressive timelines.
Provide clear, timely updates and reports on program status to the executive team.
Lead measurements for success including quality, usage scale, and other key performance indicators.
Collect and incorporate internal feedback during feature iterations to improve user experience.
Propose and implement new processes to improve team operations and delivery efficiency.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience driving large scale program building machine learning powered products.
3+ years of experience bringing a product from concept to completion, ideally involving machine-learning features or complex systems.
Experience with Cloud Infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Deep understanding of software development for machine-learned products and using analytics/evaluation data to improve them.
Excellent program management skills including structuring and managing multiple interdependent work streams.
8+ years of experience in delivering search and generative answer quality improvements is preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Solid knowledge of technical system architecture and systems design tradeoffs.
