The Engineering Program Manager, AIML, Data Insights & Engineering joins the AIML team to partner with Data Scientists and Data Engineers. What you'll do

Define, instrument, track, and report key performance indicators for Apple products.
Partner with engineering management to define customer success metrics for new features.
Work with engineering teams to implement technical metrics and data tracking.
Collaborate with data science to report key product insights to Marketing and Engineering leadership.
Drive cross-functional programs focused on measuring success for various Apple products.
Manage multiple complex and ambiguous technical projects simultaneously to ensure successful delivery.
Communicate project status, risks, and abstract technical ideas clearly to stakeholders.
Resolve conflicts and manage challenges within large, complex teams.

What we're looking for

BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in project or program management leading cross-functional software engineering or data science teams.
Solid understanding of system architecture, design trade-offs, and testing, build, and release processes for complex software.
Proven ability to lead, influence, and resolve conflicts within large, complex teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and negotiation.
Prior experience in hands-on software development or data science (preferred).
Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to foster trust across different teams (preferred).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with curiosity and a passion for new technologies (preferred).
