What you'll do

Define and instrument key performance indicators (KPIs) for new product features.
Partner with engineering management and product teams to define metrics for customer success.
Work with engineering teams to implement technical tracking and measurement systems.
Collaborate with data science teams to generate and report insights on product performance.
Report key findings and project status to marketing and engineering leadership.
Manage multiple complex, high-ambiguity technical projects simultaneously.
Resolve conflicts and manage risks across cross-functional teams.

What we're looking for

BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in project or program management leading cross-functional software engineering or data science teams.
Solid understanding of system architecture, design trade-offs, and testing, build, and release processes for complex software.
Proven ability to lead, influence, and resolve conflicts within large, complex teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and negotiation.
Prior experience in hands-on software development or data science (preferred).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment (preferred).
Curiosity and passion for new technologies with the ability to quickly understand technical concepts (preferred).
