Applications Support Technology Lead Analyst Vice President

What you'll do

• Manage one or more application support teams and oversee technical operations across multiple systems.
• Provide high-level technical oversight and act as a trusted partner for senior business management.
• Perform root cause analysis on problems and manage the resolution of incidents at a global enterprise level.
• Collaborate with development managers to track long-term strategic fixes and ensure outstanding issues are closed.
• Champion stability initiatives including improved monitoring, failover, and resiliency to ensure high application availability.
• Manage budget responsibilities and resource planning for the applications support area.
• Consult with primary clients to understand and align technical solutions with their strategic objectives.
• Ensure all operations comply with audit requirements, firm policies, and applicable laws.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in relevant fields.
• Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills, and relationship building skills.
• Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience leading requirement gathering efforts for multiple large development projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency using basic technical tools and systems.
• Strong communication and diplomacy skills to convey complex information to global partners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a service-oriented attitude.
