Application Support Technical Lead Vice President

What you'll do

• Manage one or more application support teams and provide technical oversight across multiple systems.
• Perform root cause analysis of problems and manage the resolution of incidents through to closure.
• Act as a trusted partner for senior business heads by translating technical issues into operational impacts.
• Champion stability initiatives including improved monitoring, failover, and resiliency for high availability.
• Manage budget planning, resource allocation, and policy formulation for the application support area.
• Coordinate with development managers to track long-term strategic fixes and ensure project completion.
• Ensure all operations comply with audit requirements, firm policies, and applicable legal regulations.
• Communicate complex technical information clearly to both internal technology partners and external stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Must have 6-10 years of experience supporting production environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Strong operations background with the ability to act as a liaison between technology and business teams.
• Ability to translate technical issues into operational impacts and drive stakeholder engagement.
• Must possess highly assertive, clear, and articulate communication skills for large audiences.
• Experience with application support is considered an advantage but not essential.
• Ability to manage budgets, resource planning, and project organization.
• Knowledge of audit, compliance, and risk assessment related to firm reputation and regulations.
