Applications Support Senior Analyst, Assistant Vice President

What you'll do

• Manage non-production environment stability and execute robust service readiness for North America Consumer applications.
• Provide L2 support for problem, risk, and change management while enabling CI/CD pipelines for SRE functions.
• Lead the implementation of service automation and AIOps to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct blameless post-mortems for major incidents and develop executive briefings to drive service improvements.
• Provide expert technical support for P1/P2 incidents involving Apigee, DataPower, and legacy technology stacks.
• Create operational readiness documentation and perform proactive analysis of UAT and PERF environments before production handover.
• Manage patching, infrastructure changes, certificates, and monitoring setups for assigned domains.
• Identify risks in the non-production estate and create Service Improvement Plans to drive resolution.

What we're looking for

• 5 to 7 years of environment support experience with North America Consumer applications.
• Engineering background in system administration, development, DevOps, or an equivalent field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Certification in Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps, Cloud, or Generative AI Learning (preferred).
• Solid ITIL Foundation understanding.
• Competency in cloud concepts including APIs, web services, and microservices.
• Experience or familiarity with Cloud Technology (preferred).
• Experience with databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, MongoDB, Teradata, or DB2 (preferred).
