Assistant Vice President Applications Support Senior Analyst

What you'll do

• Manage non-production environment stability and ensure service readiness across multiple lines of business.
• Provide L2 support for problem, risk, and change management processes within the CI/CD pipeline.
• Identify and implement service automation to reduce costs, risks, and manual effort.
• Conduct blameless post-mortems for major incidents and develop executive briefings to prevent recurrence.
• Provide expert technical support for P1/P2 incidents involving Apigee, DataPower, and legacy stacks.
• Create operational readiness documentation and manage the transition of initiatives to production teams.
• Oversee monitoring systems, infrastructure changes, patching, and certificate management for assigned domains.
• Conduct proactive analysis of UAT and PERF environments before handing over services to production management.

What we're looking for

• 5 to 7 years of experience supporting North America Consumer applications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with cloud technology (preferred).
• Solid understanding of ITIL Foundation principles.
• Engineering background in system administration, development, DevOps, or a related field.
• Proficiency in technologies such as OSE, Kubernetes, Apigee, DataPower, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with observability tools like Google Cloud Observability and Grafana.
• Certifications in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, or Generative AI (preferred).
