SVP Application Support Delivery Manager

What you'll do

• Lead application support initiatives including performance management, recruitment, and professional development for a high-performing team.
• Manage end-to-end incident, problem, and knowledge management practices to improve service quality and user efficiency.
• Oversee third-party vendors and offshore managed service providers to ensure compliance with contractual performance standards.
• Execute financial program management by tracking resource efficiency and operational metrics to inform budgetary decisions.
• Implement a capacity management framework to govern application throughput and maintain system reliability at scale.
• Represent the technology function in business reviews by translating complex operational data into actionable strategic insights.
• Establish onboarding standards for new services to ensure stability and supportability from the initial development phase.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent university-level education.
• 10+ years of experience leading application support functions in large, complex technology environments with accountability for teams and budgets.
• Experience managing incident, problem, and knowledge management practices at an enterprise scale.
• Proven ability to manage third-party vendors and offshore managed service providers.
• Proficiency in financial and program management to track metrics and inform strategic decisions.
• Strong commercial awareness to identify cost reduction opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Ability to communicate technical details as business insights to senior stakeholders.
• Commitment to risk, compliance standards, and internal governance requirements.
