  • Coordinate with global development teams in London, New Jersey, and Pune to deliver project milestones.
  • Bridge the gap between business leads and technical teams while managing vendor relationships.
  • Ensure all system designs comply with firm risk policies and applicable financial regulations.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of application development and leadership experience in the financial services domain.
  • Hands-on experience with Full Stack Java and Oracle.
  • Deep understanding of ETD clearing workflows, including trade lifecycle management, brokerage, cash, and collateral workflows.
  • Expertise in cloud-native development principles for building resilient, scalable, and observable systems.
  • Experience solving performance issues related to database, ingestions, and exposure.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD processes, Scrum, and JIRA.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to enhance day-to-day development tasks.
