What you'll do

Respond to technical assistance requests via Teams and email while providing training and troubleshooting for software issues.
Diagnose complex technical, functional, and operational problems within the CRIMS platform.
Identify and test workarounds for software deficiencies and research issues involving third-party software.
Provide escalation services for high-priority, sensitive situations that impact customer perception.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to provide feedback on operational issues and prioritize system improvements.
Prepare resolution reports and maintain detailed logs of all customer interactions.
Create environment sizing and configuration documents for customers migrating to Azure infrastructure.
Act as the primary point of contact for new product introductions to the SaaS infrastructure.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Science, Economics, Math, or Statistics is preferred.
0-2 years of experience in a technical support or analytical discipline is preferred.
Experience with one or more structured programming languages and development tools is required.
Strong hands-on SQL experience and knowledge of relational database theory are required.
Experience with MS SQL Server, Oracle, and/or Sybase database configuration and administration is required.
Experience in Financial Services Investment Management, Trading, or related systems like Charles River IMS is highly preferred.
Proficiency in technical troubleshooting, customer service, and verbal/written communication skills is required.
Knowledge of the Trading Life Cycle and System Development Life Cycle is a plus.
