What you'll do

Provide expert remote management, administration, and support for client production Charles River IMS solutions.
Manage user permissions, system parameter configurations, and overall system availability.
Perform application and database performance tuning to ensure optimal system operation.
Monitor daily operational processing and provide technical troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Execute software patches and manage version upgrades for the Charles River IMS platform.
Support Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery protocols for client systems.
Facilitate the transition of new clients into production operations.
Identify and implement third-party tools to automate and streamline service delivery.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
Experience with Financial Services Investment Management, Trading, or related systems like Charles River IMS is highly preferred.
Experience in MS SQL Server, Oracle, and/or Sybase database configuration, operations, and basic administration.
Preferred experience with servers, operating systems, networks, scripting, XML, programming languages, job scheduling, system monitoring, and disaster recovery.
Excellent customer service, technical troubleshooting, and interpersonal communication skills.
A Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical discipline is preferred.
