As an Antenna Systems Engineer on the Amazon Leo team, you will contribute to the development of high-performance phased array antenna systems for a low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. You will be responsible for designing and implementing phased array calibration systems, signals, processing, and algorithms while performing performance analysis and design trade-off studies. Your daily work involves end-to-end modeling, simulation, and analysis of baseband, RF, and antenna systems, alongside lab measurement and validation of subsystems. To succeed, you must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering and experience with DSP techniques, digital modulation, radio architecture, and RF system design. You will utilize tools such as Matlab, Python, C++, SystemVue, ADS, or LabView, while working within Linux environments to fine-tune radio designs using equipment like VSAs, VSGs, VNAs, and Oscilloscopes.
