What you'll do

Design and develop novel calibration algorithms for phased array antenna systems to ensure optimal beam-forming performance.
Perform end-to-end over-the-air validation of antenna systems, including beam pattern, EIRP, and sensitivity measurements.
Develop robust, repeatable calibration and test processes to support high-volume factory production and troubleshoot yield issues.
Design, maintain, and operate CICD test chambers, including calibration schedules and measurement uncertainty documentation.
Develop automated test frameworks and scripts to improve efficiency and repeatability of antenna characterization workflows.
Analyze measurement data to identify performance trends, anomalies, and root causes across development and production units.
Generate technical reports, test procedures, and calibration documentation to support design reviews and production readiness.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
BS in Electrical Engineering with relevant coursework in digital communication theory, DSP, RF/Microwave Engineering, Antennas, and Electromagnetic theory.
Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust.
Experience with Linux/Unix environments.
Experience with RF measurement equipment including power meters, spectrum analyzers, vector signal generators, network analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
Experience in DSP techniques, digital modulation, radio architecture, line-up analysis, and RF system design.
Experience with simulation tools such as SystemVue, ADS, or LabView.
