Systems Development Engineer, Antenna System Validation

What you'll do

• Develop tools to characterize the performance of phased array antenna systems.
• Design and model phased array architectures while analyzing end-to-end RF performance.
• Build scalable test frameworks and automated test pipelines for system validation.
• Create characterization tools to evaluate hardware and software integration.
• Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive test activities for phased array antennas.
• Analyze complex RF behavior and signal processing data to validate system requirements.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in hardware design and validation of components, subsystems, and systems.
• Experience coding, scripting, and automating in at least one language such as Python, C, C++, Java, Ruby, or PowerShell.
• Experience working in a Linux or Unix environment.
• Experience with phased array antenna architectures, beamforming, or RF characterization techniques.
• Proficiency with lab equipment including VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
• Knowledge of electromagnetics or digital signal processing (DSP) fundamentals.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum for export control compliance.
