As an Antenna Systems Engineer, Antenna Calibration, Amazon Leo, you will join a multi-disciplinary team to develop high-performance phased array antenna systems for a low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Your daily responsibilities include designing and implementing phased array calibration systems, signals, processing, and algorithms while performing trade-off studies and end-to-end modeling of baseband, RF, and antenna systems. You will conduct lab measurements to validate performance and collaborate with modem, RF, and digital teams to fine-tune radio designs. Required skills include proficiency in Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust, along with experience in Linux/Unix environments. You will utilize tools such as Matlab, SystemVue, ADS, LabView, CST, and HFSS while applying expertise in DSP, digital modulation, RF system design, and hardware testing using VSAs, VSGs, VNAs, and Oscilloscopes.
