Senior Antenna Systems Engineer, Antenna Calibration

What you'll do

• Design and implement phased array calibration systems, signals, processing, and algorithms.
• Conduct performance analysis and design trade-off studies for phased array systems.
• Perform end-to-end modeling, simulation, and analysis of baseband, RF, and antenna systems.
• Execute lab measurements and validation for antennas, phased array systems, and subsystems.
• Simulate, measure, and fine-tune radio designs in coordination with antenna, modem, RF, and digital teams.
• Lead the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
• BS in Electrical Engineering with relevant coursework in digital communication theory, DSP, RF/Microwave Engineering, Antennas, and Electromagnetic theory.
• 7+ years of work experience in the Aerospace, Semiconductor, or Consumer Electronics industry.
• Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure.
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust.
• Experience with Linux/Unix, CI/CD pipelines, and coding/scripting in Matlab, Python, or C++.
• Experience in DSP techniques, digital modulation, radio architecture, line-up analysis, and RF system design.
