Antenna & RF Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and optimize antenna and array architectures including element selection and beam-forming strategies.
• Use EM and RF design tools to simulate element performance, mutual coupling, and scan loss.
• Support prototype builds, bring-up, and test campaigns for active antennas.
• Conduct chamber testing and over-the-air validation for antenna systems.
• Provide DFM and DFT feedback for antenna boards, modules, and test fixtures.
• Develop and deploy code to support testing, simulation, and validation of antenna systems.
• Write design reports and test summaries to present results to leadership and partners.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Coursework in RF and electromagnetics.
• Master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent (preferred).
• 1-2 years of internship or professional experience in RF and/or electromagnetics (preferred).
• Experience designing and optimizing antenna and array architectures including phased arrays and reflectors.
• Proficiency using EM and RF design tools such as HFSS, CST, or AWR.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.
• Export Control Requirement.
