What you'll do

Drive end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional AI/ML and supply chain programs from concept through launch.
Own technical solution roadmaps, milestones, and execution across engineering, product, and business teams.
Analyze system architecture, data, and infrastructure to unblock issues and manage risks for GenAI and MLOps projects.
Translate complex technical requirements into measurable business impact and structured executive narratives for senior leadership.
Manage feature roadmaps by integrating supply chain concepts like fulfillment and logistics into cohesive program strategies.
Identify cross-team dependencies and implement mitigation plans to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.
Establish mechanisms to monitor program health through business-critical metrics and operational dashboards.
Improve development and operational processes by inventing and simplifying workflows to increase team velocity.

What we're looking for

A Master's degree and 8+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in technical/engineering program management.
Experience with software engineering, GenAI, Machine Learning, AI, and supply chain or operations domains.
Proficiency with advanced SQL, Python, data visualization, and analytics platforms for data acquisition and analysis.
Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and MLOps best practices including deployment pipelines, CI/CD, and model versioning.
Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks, tool-use patterns, and the application of autonomous agents to operational workflows.
Experience managing feature roadmaps across interconnected systems and integrating supply chain concepts into cohesive program strategies.
Knowledge of software engineering best practices including system architecture, APIs, data architecture, and secure development practices.
Ability to translate technical complexity into executive narratives and manage cross-functional programs in ambiguous environments.
