  • Drive consistency in execution across different teams with varying priorities and timelines.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in engineering project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodology for project delivery.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies across engineering, product, and business teams.
  • Experience managing program budgets and forecasting resource needs.
  • Understanding of engineering workflows, architectural trade-offs, and scalable enterprise systems.
  • PMP or Scrum Master certification is preferred.
