What you'll do

Own large, complex projects from initial concept through to final launch.
Define and execute strategies that align cross-functional engineering, product, and business teams.
Manage resources, monitor project timelines, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
Navigate multifaceted environments to resolve conflicts and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Establish governance models, decision-making frameworks, and program health metrics.
Manage program budgets and forecast resource needs across multi-team initiatives.
Drive consistency in execution across different teams, priorities, and timelines.
Communicate technical and business trade-offs to influence decisions at all levels of the organization.

What we're looking for

5+ years of hands-on experience in engineering project management.
Experience in software development life cycle methodologies.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Proven ability to drive multi-year, multi-team programs with both customer and technical focus (preferred).
Experience leading customer-facing software initiatives, balancing business objectives, customer impact, and engineering constraints (preferred).
Experience with enterprise-scale software development lifecycles, including launch strategies, compliance, and operational scaling (preferred).
Experience successfully completing and delivering projects using an Agile methodology (preferred).
PMP or Scrum Master certification (preferred).
