The Engineering Program Manager, BPR: Supply Chain joins the Business Technology Solutions team to build and scale reusable core platform components. This role functions as a hybrid Product Owner and Engineering Program Manager, serving as the linchpin between business strategy and engineering execution. You will define product visions, manage prioritized backlogs, and conduct workflow analyses to map complex cross-functional integrations. Day-to-day responsibilities include sequencing work, mitigating technical risks, facilitating agile ceremonies, and documenting requirements for API integrations. You must demonstrate deep technical fluency in systems analysis to design future-state workflows and ensure platform components remain robust. The role requires expertise in the software development life cycle, managing cross-functional dependencies, and utilizing GenAI tools to produce user stories, data-flow maps, and integration specifications within a supply chain context.
Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlog for core platform components.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and workflow analyses to identify business needs and measure product impact.
Partner with engineering to drive end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional integrations.
Sequence work, manage dependencies, and mitigate technical risks throughout the delivery pipeline.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Analyze current-state architectures to map data flows and API integrations.
Document requirements and specifications to ensure solutions reuse core platform components.
Communicate progress, trade-offs, and launch plans to leadership and business stakeholders.
What we're looking for
BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of hybrid experience blending Product Management, Engineering Program Management, and Systems Analysis within complex enterprise environments.
5+ years as an EPM partnering with engineering to drive the SDLC.
5+ years in Systems Analysis with deep technical fluency to map data flows and evaluate API integrations.
Certifications such as CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or PMP (preferred).
Hands-on use of GenAI tools to speed product, program, and systems-analysis work (preferred).
Experience working with globally distributed platforms and project teams (preferred).
Experience in supply chain, logistics, repair, trade-in, or other operational domains (preferred).
