What you'll do

Drive cross-functional teams to improve supply chain capabilities and operational efficiency through process, data, and technology solutions.
Act as an architect for functional teams to define requirements and deliver solution capabilities supporting broader supply chain strategies.
Serve as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure technical solutions meet requirements and incorporate GenAI/ML capabilities.
Manage complex projects involving global resources across multiple continents to achieve major milestones.
Develop project justification proposals, business cases, and ROI estimates to obtain executive approval and funding.
Perform high-level systems impact analysis for new business initiatives.
Analyze B2B supply chain data to drive the implementation of GenAI and Machine Learning technologies.
Resolve operational escalations by performing root cause analysis and developing immediate problem solutions.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
12+ years of experience in project and program management combined with logistics, supply chain, fulfillment operations, or channel management.
Proven track record of leading complex strategic programs including planning, risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
Expertise in analyzing, redesigning, and implementing business processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Proficiency in systems implementation and development life cycles.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority.
Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and develop innovative solutions for complex business challenges.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas and manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
