What you'll do

Drive cross-functional teams to improve supply chain efficiency through process, data, and technology solutions.
Act as a liaison between functional teams and IT to ensure business requirements are met by technical solutions.
Integrate GenAI and Machine Learning capabilities into existing supply chain processes using B2B data analysis.
Manage complex projects across multiple continents, including developing business cases and securing executive funding.
Perform high-level systems impact analyses for new business initiatives and large-scale transformations.
Lead project testing, rollout phases, training programs, and post-mortem evaluations.
Resolve operational escalations by performing root cause analysis and developing immediate solutions.
Manage organizational change by influencing stakeholders and implementing new ideas within the company culture.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
12+ years of experience in project and program management combined with logistics, supply chain, fulfillment operations, or channel management.
Proven track record of leading complex strategic programs including planning, risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
Proficiency in systems implementation and development life cycles.
Expertise in analyzing, redesigning, and implementing business processes to drive efficiency.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority.
Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
