What you'll do

Drive programs that provide large-scale data to engineering teams for AI and machine learning features.
Define and implement policies, processes, and technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Act as the primary liaison between functional teams, Engineering, and IS&T to ensure technical requirements are met.
Develop project justification proposals, business cases, and ROI estimates to secure executive approval and funding.
Manage project lifecycles including testing, roll-outs, training, and post-mortem analysis.
Perform root cause analysis to resolve operational escalations and develop effective problem solutions.
Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for GenAI and ML capabilities.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
10+ years of experience managing large projects or programs including cross-functional initiatives across global teams.
Background in Project or Program management with a proven track record of leading complex strategic programs.
Proficient knowledge of systems implementation and project life cycles.
Expertise in analyzing, redesigning, and implementing business processes to drive efficiency.
Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority.
