AIML - Senior Operations Program Manager - Responsible AI and Safety joins the Responsible AI team to manage partnerships, vendor relationships, and data operations for Safety Evaluation and Red Teaming programs. Manage relationships and performance for internal crowd workers and external vendor partners across evaluation, red-teaming, and data generation.
Oversee the scoping, resourcing, and execution of work through statements of work and workforce calibration.
Establish feedback loops and reporting mechanisms between Red-Teaming, Evaluation, and Post-Ship Insights teams.
Develop and maintain documentation for processes, systems, and data flows across safety evaluation functions.
Translate operational requirements into technical specifications to drive the development of tools and infrastructure.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience in vendor/partner management, data operations, or program management, ideally supporting ML/AI evaluation, annotation, or data labeling programs.
Experience managing external vendor relationships and internal annotation operations at scale, including statements of work, budget, and performance management.
Experience scaling human-labeled data pipelines, including dataset creation, quality calibration, storage, and governance.
Experience scaling operations across multiple international markets with multilingual and multicultural vendor workforces.
Experience coordinating across interdependent teams to close feedback loops and translating operational needs into tooling or infrastructure roadmaps.
Proficiency with data tools like SQL and spreadsheets/BI tools to track performance, cost, and quality metrics.
Experience in AI safety evaluation, red-teaming, or Responsible AI programs (preferred); familiarity with goldset design or LLM-judge workflows (preferred).
