AI Workforce Specialist

What you'll do

• Identify and develop new AI Workforce opportunities within assigned federal territories to build a consistent sales pipeline.
• Create and deliver compelling product demonstrations and pilots to showcase Copilot and agent capabilities to government clients.
• Translate complex agency mission requirements into clear business outcomes and measurable value propositions for AI adoption.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand existing customer footprints from initial pilots to enterprise-wide AI integration.
• Act as a subject matter expert to lead technical and business discussions regarding Microsoft 365, security, and compliance.
• Quantify the business case for AI by highlighting cost avoidance, time savings, and workforce capacity gains.
• Remove technical and organizational blockers to ensure successful deployment and high consumption rates of Copilot tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to design win strategies and meet established revenue targets.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in technology-related sales or account management, or equivalent experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required to meet legal restrictions for supporting government agency customers.
• Must pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire and every two years thereafter.
• Willingness to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (preferred).
• 6+ years of solution or services sales experience (preferred).
• 6+ years of experience forecasting, developing demand, building pipeline, and leading complex, matrixed teams (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience with Generative and Agentic AI, including familiarity with Copilot architecture and building AI agents (preferred).
