As the first dedicated internal AI builder at LogicGate, the AI Operations Specialist will bridge the gap between complex operational bottlenecks and scalable, AI-driven solutions. Reporting to the VP of AI Transformation & Operations, this individual works cross-functionally with teams like RevOps, Finance, and Product to identify repetitive processes for automation. Key responsibilities include rapid prototyping of AI-augmented workflows and agents, redesigning complex operational workflows to eliminate friction, and creating reusable internal playbooks and documentation. The role requires proficiency in low-code/no-code platforms such as Zapier or Make, prompt engineering, LLM APIs, and Model Context Protocol servers.
