What you'll do

Build and maintain the AI transformation roadmap and use-case portfolio for all SSC teams.
Identify, assess, and prioritize AI and automation opportunities with SSC and subsidiary stakeholders.
Define business cases and success measures for each identified AI and automation use case.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, including HR AI agents and process automation.
Manage project lifecycles including scoping, planning, building, testing, launching, and operational handoff.
Lead AI literacy training and change management initiatives for SSC staff.
Apply AI governance, data privacy, and risk review protocols in line with company policy.
Track and report on AI usage, adoption rates, and measurable value to leadership.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in digital transformation, HR technology, process automation, or AI/analytics programs.
Proven experience delivering AI or automation solutions from concept to adoption.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Working knowledge of generative AI, conversational AI, and automation tools.
Hands-on experience designing process automation (e.g., RPA, workflow automation, Workday business process optimization) (preferred).
Proven experience leading cross-functional projects end to end (preferred).
Experience with Workday, Cognigy, Python, low-code tools, HR shared services, or PMP/Prosci certifications (preferred).
