Digital Transformation Lead
As a Digital Transformation Lead, you will join the team to guide organizations through solving traditional business challenges using modern digital strategies and solutions. You will lead strategy teams to stand up new organizations, transform existing ones, and integrate cutting-edge technologies including AI/ML capabilities. Your daily responsibilities involve managing large-scale programs, identifying risks and blockers, and overseeing project lifecycles from initiation through execution. The role requires expertise in organization design, strategic planning, process improvement, and technology adoption. You will utilize skills in data management, analysis, visualization, and agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban to deliver results for the Space Force and Department of Defense acquisition organizations. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering and experience with cyber, automation, and emerging technologies while maintaining the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Lead strategy teams to stand up and transform existing organizations within the Space Force and DoW acquisition sectors.
Develop and implement digital strategies to solve traditional business challenges using new technologies.
Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, including AI/ML capabilities, cyber, and automation.
Manage large-scale programs by overseeing project lifecycles from initiation through execution.
Identify and manage critical dependencies, risks, blockers, and action items to ensure successful client delivery.
Design and execute complex deliverables while communicating results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Improve organizational processes through strategic planning and technology integration.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
8+ years of experience with strategy and transformation capabilities, including organization design, strategic planning, process improvement, and technology adoption.
8+ years of experience with program management and business development for large-scale programs.
Experience leading technology innovation or organizational transformation involving AI, cyber, automation, or emerging technologies.
Experience identifying, managing, and communicating dependencies, risks, blockers, and action items to support successful client delivery.
Experience supporting U.S. Space Force or DoW acquisition programs (preferred).
Experience with data management, analysis, visualization, AI/ML, cloud capabilities, or Agile methodologies (preferred).
