Scope and prioritize high-value AI use cases by analyzing marketing team workflows and pain points.
Write requirements, design process maps, and produce technical specifications for internal teams and external vendors.
Guide AI initiatives through the full delivery cycle including intake, build, testing, and rollout.
Evaluate the vendor landscape to make build, buy, or partner decisions within the marketing budget.
Develop and manage the marketing AI roadmap, including budget planning and ROI modeling for major investments.
Create repeatable templates and scaling approaches for AI adoption and change management.
Monitor emerging AI capabilities and vendor developments to maintain a proactive marketing AI strategy.
Ensure all AI initiatives comply with corporate governance standards and data privacy requirements.
What we're looking for
10+ years of experience in digital, product, strategy, or workflow transformation roles within a complex technology or professional services organization.
Proven track record of redesigning how teams work and driving measurable business outcomes.
Genuine, active engagement with AI tools and the vendor landscape to identify marketing applications.
Experience working directly with senior stakeholders to translate complex problems into clear, credible recommendations.
Demonstrated experience translating AI capabilities into deployed, adopted solutions that measurably changed how a team or function operated.
Ability to build structure and a path forward in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with strong judgment on risk and prioritization.
Comfort operating inside a structured governance model, balancing speed with enterprise-scale discipline.
