Transformation Lead, AI & Automation

What you'll do

• Own the transformation backlog by identifying, sizing, and prioritizing opportunities across multiple business functions.
• Lead "Take Work Out" initiatives to quantify effort removed, reduce cycle times, and improve error rates.
• Redesign recurring workflows for forecasting, reporting, and operating reviews using a stop, simplify, and automate sequence.
• Modernize executive reporting by rationalizing dashboards and standardizing narrative and bridge generation.
• Drive AI and Copilot adoption to improve decision quality while identifying processes that do not require automation.
• Establish measurement frameworks to baseline current states, define expected benefits, and evidence delivered results.
• Lead large, cross-functional projects from end to end, managing stakeholders and communications to ensure timely delivery.
• Consult with executives on transformation choices and build team capability to ensure sustained improvements.

What we're looking for

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline or commensurate work experience.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in data analytics, database management, statistical analysis, or a related field.
• Programming Language/s Certification in SQL, Python, or similar (preferred).
• Proficiency in Agile Methodology, Business Intelligence, Data Science, and Machine Learning.
• Expertise in Data Analysis, Data Modeling, Data Quality, Data Warehousing, and Extract Transform Load (ETL).
• Skilled in using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R, and SAS.
• Strong skills in Data Visualization, Statistics, and Dashboard development.
• Demonstrated abilities in effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
