AI Transformation Lead

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-driven workflows from initial intake and prioritization through build, UAT, and production rollout.
• Identify and scope real workflow friction by embedding directly with internal teams like Sales, Services, and Support.
• Design and build integrations and agentic workflows across platforms including OP4I, M365, Celeste, and Claude.
• Translate ambiguous business requests into scoped, governed, and production-ready solutions with clear success metrics.
• Codify successful deployment patterns into reusable playbooks, templates, and frameworks to scale across the organization.
• Identify and mitigate data governance risks, including access control gaps and write-back conflicts, before production.
• Provide structured feedback on real-world usage and performance data to IT and the AI Advisory Council.
• Develop an operating model to scale playbooks and agents across Business Transformation and Operations teams.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience deploying AI/ML systems into production, including LLM-based applications.
• Strong understanding of how model behavior affects real business workflows.
• Experience working directly with senior stakeholders to translate technical concepts into business value and drive adoption.
• Demonstrated ability to scope and deliver complex systems in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Combination of engineering, consulting, and product thinking with strong systems and architectural judgment.
• Excellent communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort operating inside a structured governance model at enterprise scale.
