As an Agility Lead - Reference Data Engineering, you will join the Corporate Sector's Reference Data Engineering team to champion the adoption and continuous improvement of agile methodologies. You will lead and coach a large group of over 100 people, providing expert guidance and mentorship to foster a culture of collaboration and high performance. Your daily responsibilities include overseeing agility lead practices, developing operational transformation plans, and managing resources to achieve product goals. You will utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to synthesize metrics and accelerate delivery insights while ensuring strict data sensitivity compliance. Key skills required include expertise in Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming, and scaling frameworks. You must demonstrate advanced communication, facilitation, and presentation skills to influence stakeholders and manage complex product development lifecycle stages within the reference data domain.
Lead and coach teams to adopt and implement agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
Oversee agility lead practices for an enterprise-wide group of reference data engineering teams.
Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to synthesize metrics and generate operational planning insights.
Develop and implement short to mid-term operational and transformation plans to achieve product goals.
Manage and influence stakeholders by communicating organizational impediments and project progress to leadership.
Identify trends and generate original ideas to develop new policies and best practices within the discipline.
Standardize reuse-first, AI-assisted continuous improvement practices and templates across multiple teams.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in a relevant domain, focusing on coaching teams and individuals on agile methodologies and project management.
Expertise in agility lead experience of over 100 people for the past years of required experience.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support agile coaching and delivery workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
Ability to review and validate AI-assisted insights and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.
Advanced knowledge of multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices to provide effective guidance and support for teams.
Advanced knowledge of agile delivery and multiple approaches, including Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming (XP), and scaling frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels and guide group discussions.
