As an Agility Lead - Reference Data Engineering, you will join the Corporate Sector's Reference Data Engineering team to champion agile methodologies and foster a culture of innovation. You will provide expert guidance, mentorship, and coaching to teams while overseeing agility lead practices for an enterprise-wide group of reference data engineering professionals. Your daily responsibilities include developing operational transformation plans, managing resources, and using metrics to drive evidence-based decisions. You will integrate enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate delivery insights and standardize reuse-first, AI-assisted continuous improvement practices. The role requires expertise in Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming, and scaling frameworks across multiple product development lifecycle stages. You must possess advanced communication skills to influence stakeholders and manage complex projects within the specific domain of reference data engineering while ensuring all outputs meet strict data sensitivity requirements.
Coach teams to adopt and implement agile methodologies while promoting continuous improvement.
Oversee agility lead practices for a large enterprise group of reference data engineering teams.
Utilize authorized AI tools to synthesize metrics and plan operations while ensuring data security.
Manage and influence stakeholders by communicating organizational impediments to leadership.
Develop and execute operational and transformation plans based on evidence-based decisions.
Identify trends to develop new policies and best practices within the discipline.

What we're looking for
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in a relevant domain focusing on coaching teams and individuals on agile methodologies and project management.
Experience as an agility lead for over 100 people during the required period of experience.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support agile coaching and delivery workflows with strong validation habits.
Ability to review and validate AI-assisted insights while following data handling expectations and escalating uncertainties.
Advanced knowledge of multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices.
Advanced knowledge of agile delivery methods including Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming (XP), and scaling frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
