Agility Associate, Digital Product Portfolio Management Scrum & Kanban Practices

What you'll do

• Guide teams through the product development lifecycle by applying Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Use Jira to track work, monitor progress, and produce reports on delivery metrics and trends.
• Utilize enterprise-authorized AI tools to synthesize inputs into action items and draft project artifacts.
• Translate technical details into clear business language for stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage release management activities including planning, coordination, readiness tracking, and dependency management.
• Analyze team data using Excel and pivot tables to identify patterns and recommend process improvements.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on agile practices and development best practices.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in an Agile, delivery, technology, product, operations, or project/program support role.
• Strong working knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira, including creating and running queries, tracking work, and analyzing team metrics.
• Advanced or strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for stakeholders and leadership.
• Working knowledge of using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities with a focus on validation and data sensitivity.
• Experience supporting release planning, coordination, tracking, and communication.
• Experience creating Agile metrics, dashboards, and leadership reporting (preferred).
