What you'll do

Drive team delivery against performance metrics by identifying risks and removing operational impediments.

Establish feedback loops to measure the effectiveness of new practices and business impact.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in agile delivery, product delivery, transformation, or digital operating model change in complex environments.
Demonstrated success managing team delivery to performance targets and driving corrective actions for measurable outcomes.
Strong technical acumen to work credibly with engineers and understand modern software delivery practices.
Deep understanding of the full product development lifecycle from strategy through deployment and continuous improvement.
Advanced proficiency in data manipulation, analytics, reporting, and visualization tools like Excel, Jira, Confluence, or Tableau.
Hands-on experience building reports, dashboards, or automated solutions to improve team transparency and efficiency.
Strong communication, facilitation, and change leadership skills to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
Ability to coach and mentor teams to build capability through direct partnership and practice.
