What you'll do

Analyze, design, develop, and test systems to ensure integration of software, hardware, reliability, and safety.
Perform requirements analysis, definition, management, and functional and performance analysis for system elements.
Conduct trade studies, systems integration and test verification, and interface definition studies.
Formulate operational concepts and perform mission, functional, cost-benefit, and risk analyses.
Develop signal processing architectures and overall system architectures for space-based systems.
Implement digital signal processing algorithms for the statistical analysis of signal parameter measurements.
Manage the systems development life cycle using requirements management and system modeling tools.
Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation in engineering processes.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology, or Mathematics field.
5 years of job-related experience or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
Agile experience (preferred).
Experience with digital signal processing algorithm development for statistical analysis of signal parameter measurements (plus).
Working knowledge of MATLAB for DSP, Radar Processing, Monte Carlo analysis, or Phased Array/Beam Forming (plus).
Experience in Python, SmallSats/CubeSats, Hardware Prototype Development, MBSE, or Space Payloads (preferred).
