What you'll do

Analyze, design, develop, and test systems to ensure integration of software, hardware, reliability, and safety requirements.
Perform requirements analysis, definition, management, functional analysis, and performance analysis.
Conduct system design, trade studies, systems integration and test, and interface definition studies.
Formulate operational concepts and perform mission, functional, cost-benefit, and risk analyses.
Develop signal processing architecture and overall system architecture for space-based systems.
Lead the systems development life cycle using requirements management and system modeling tools.
Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance within a reasonable amount of time.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related Science, Engineering, Technology, or Mathematics field.
Requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience.
Agile experience is preferred.
Experience with digital signal processing algorithm development for statistical analysis of signal parameter measurements is highly qualified.
Working knowledge of MATLAB for DSP, Radar Processing, Monte Carlo analysis, or Phased Array/Beam Forming is a plus.
Experience in Python, SmallSats/CubeSats, hardware integration, networking protocols, MBSE, or Space Payload Design is preferred.
