What you'll do

Develop and implement digital signal processing algorithms for space-based hardware and software systems.
Perform statistical analysis of signal parameter measurements using Detection and Estimation Theory.
Manage system requirements and utilize system modeling tools for space payloads.
Execute hardware prototype development, including FlatSat and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HITL) integrations.
Conduct Monte Carlo analysis and beamforming for radar processing and RF effect mitigation.
Utilize Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools like MagicDraw or Cameo for system design.
Support the development and integration of SmallSat and CubeSat technologies.
Apply AI techniques to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovation.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance within a reasonable amount of time.
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology, or Mathematics field.
2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree and 6 months of job-related experience.
Agile experience (preferred).
Experience in Python (preferred).
Experience with SmallSats and CubeSats development (preferred).
Experience with Hardware Prototype Development, FlatSat, Hardware Integration, and Hardware in-the-loop Systems Integrations and Test (preferred).
