What you'll do

Analyze, design, develop, and test systems to ensure integration of software, hardware, reliability, and safety.
Perform requirements analysis, definition, management, and functional and performance analysis for system elements.
Conduct trade studies, systems integration and test verification, and validation activities.
Formulate operational concepts and perform mission, functional, cost-benefit, and risk analyses.
Develop signal processing architectures and overall system architectures for space-based systems.
Design and develop digital signal processing algorithms for the statistical analysis of signal parameter measurements.
Utilize MATLAB to develop DSP solutions using related toolboxes and techniques like Monte Carlo analysis.
Lead the systems development life cycle using requirements management and system modeling tools.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related Science, Engineering, Technology, or Mathematics field.
8 years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience.
Active TS/SCI security clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.
Agile experience (preferred).
Experience with digital signal processing algorithm development for statistical analysis of signal parameter measurements (preferred).
Working knowledge of MATLAB, Radar Processing, Monte Carlo analysis, or Phased Array/Beam Forming (preferred).
Experience in Python, SmallSats/CubeSats, hardware prototype development, and MBSE tools like MagicDraw or Cameo (preferred).
Experience with electrical engineering, communications focus, DevOps, CI/CD, or space payload design (preferred).
