Join this high impact team as a Network Administrator (P2) to ensure the smooth operation of classified network infrastructure at our Raytheon/RTX locations. The installation, maintenance, support, and monitoring of the network infrastructure will be performed. Candidate must have solid background supporting networks and have an active US Secret Security Clearance to be considered. What you will Do:

  • Maintains smooth operation of voice and data networks. Plans, evaluates, coordinates, and performs installation and/or reconfiguration of hardware and software elements of data and/or voice communication network.
  • Work in developing technical expertise in all areas of voice and data networks hardware and software interconnection and interfacing, such as switches, routers, firewalls, authentication servers, encryptors etc.
  • Work with network management software platforms.
  • May propose solutions to management to ensure all communications requirements based on future needs and current usage, configuring such solutions to optimize cost savings aligning with future requirements factoring in redundancy and required network uptime.
  • Prepares or ensures that appropriate network documentation exists, including operational instructions, technical diagrams, and other documentation. Where no documentation exists, assist in developing documentation.
  • Provide regular monitoring and network analysis regarding short- and long-range planning for in-house systems.
  • Assist with coordination of third-party maintenance for network equipment or with vendors for third-party support.
  • Willingness and availability to work outside normal business hours (evenings and weekends) as needed.
  • Must be able to work with general supervision and follow established procedures.

What You Will Do

Solution & Enterprise Architecture

  • Serve as the end-to-end solution architect for Guided Buy and Coupa platforms, ensuring cohesive design across requisitioning, sourcing, purchasing, invoicing, supplier enablement, and downstream financial systems.
  • Design and govern integrations between Coupa/Guided Buy and upstream/downstream systems such as ERP, finance, supplier systems, middleware, data platforms, and reporting tools.

Job Summary:

Integration Leadership

  • Cross Functions Management: Work with Technology partners to develop comprehensive, integrated baseline program plans that outline workstreams, activities, timelines, resource requirements, and budget allocations. Define clear milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities. Coordinate workstream dependencies and identify risks to the program plan with mitigation plans.
  • Architecture: Drive solution architecture and engineering design decision for integration and platform consideration
  • Governance: Establish appropriate governance structures and decision-making frameworks including steering committees, working groups, and review gates. Define roles, responsibilities, and communication plan to ensure clear accountability and effective decision-making. Establish program review cadences and reporting.

Program Management

  • Prepare executive status reports, board-level presentations, and stakeholder updates that communicate program progress, risks, and milestones clearly. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between competing stakeholder interests.
  • Manage program budgets, track expenditures against approved budgets, and identify variances.
  • Lead program and project delivery assurance, ensuring that workstreams follow appropriate methodologies, governance, and quality standards.
  • Identify lessons learned from program execution and capture improvements Lead IT governance and ensure alignment with RBC internal audit and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure program deliverables remain aligned with evolving Technology strategy and architecture. Monitor other strategic priorities that could impact program direction.

Engineering Leadership and delivery

  • Own engineering execution across design build testing and deployment for core Finance and Risk CNB Functions technology areas
  • Establish scalable engineering practices (DevOps, CI/CD, automation and QE)

  • Ensure reliability, performance and security of integrated solutions

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Must have:

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, development lifecycle, risks and production challenges.

  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $210,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.

Position Description

We are seeking an experienced Engineer (Individual Contributor role) for our blockchain engineering projects to build scalable, secure, and regulatory-compliant solutions for digital assets, tokenization, and decentralized finance (DeFi). This role combines deep technical expertise in blockchain systems with strong leadership to deliver enterprise-grade products for global markets. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the engineering roadmap for blockchain infrastructure, tokenization platforms, and digital asset services.
  • Participate in design, architecture, and implementation of blockchain-based solutions, ensuring security, scalability, and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Collaborate with product, compliance, and operations teams to define technical requirements.
  • Implement and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and security.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging standards, and evolving regulatory frameworks in digital assets.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with Solidity, Go or similar languages for blockchain and back-end development within an enterprise production environment
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade software systems at scale.

Preferred

  • 3+ years in blockchain and tokenization strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of blockchain architecture, consensus algorithms, smart contracts, and cryptographic primitives.
  • Familiarity with custodial and non-custodial wallet infrastructure, key management, and secure signing.
  • Experience in regulated financial services or fintech.
