Supply Chain Program Analyst

What you'll do

• Design and maintain production dashboards to track mission-critical supply chain metrics like lead times and inventory health.
• Perform root-cause analysis on delivery bottlenecks and supplier capacity constraints to mitigate risks to hardware schedules.
• Use exception reporting to identify and resolve blockers within the supply chain.
• Track Bill of Materials maturity, tooling readiness, and long-lead component procurement during New Product Introduction.
• Synthesize complex data sets into concise briefings and executive summaries for leadership.
• Formalize analytical procedures and automate recurring manual workflows across the supply chain organization.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analytics, supply chain management, or operations analysis with a focus on reporting and data modeling.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas, macros, Power Query, and dynamic reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint to communicate data-driven insights and operational risks.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards in modern BI platforms such as Palantir Foundry, Databricks, or Power BI.
• Strong working knowledge of core supply chain and manufacturing principles including ERP/MRP logic, BOM structures, and inventory turns.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Clearance (preferred).
