Project Specialist, Network Infrastructure

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex network infrastructure programs including Dark Fiber, IP Transit, and Collocation across global markets.
• Manage project scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies for multiple concurrent network infrastructure programs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact to translate client business priorities into technical execution requirements.
• Act as lead vendor manager to ensure partner compliance with SLAs and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design readiness, field deployment, and testing.
• Manage RAID logs to identify risks early and implement mitigation plans for critical blockers.
• Produce data-driven dashboards and health reports for internal leadership and client stakeholders.
• Oversee technical validation activities including fiber readiness, test scheduling, and final acceptance of network elements.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 3 years’ end-to-end delivery experience managing network or fiber infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing technical or delivery teams (preferred).
• Experience supporting hyperscalers providing cloud computing, networking, and data storage (preferred).
• Experience in telecommunications provisioning, service delivery, or network deployment environments (preferred).
• Experience leading teams in a telecom, network operations, or Service Delivery environment (preferred).
• Experience delivering infrastructure programs with global vendors (preferred).
• Familiarity with project management, RAID processes, and network testing workflows (preferred).
• Practical knowledge of IP Transit, Peering, Dark Fiber, Wavelength services, and optical transport technologies (preferred).
