About the Role
Samsara is looking for an experienced Sr. Quality Analyst to play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence across our Deal Support (Deal Execution + Deal Strategy) organization. The Support Quality Manager will partner with leadership to build, implement, and maintain a quality program that supports the accuracy, efficiency, and consistency of our deal lifecycle processes. You will be responsible for providing feedback and business intelligence to drive continuous improvement and mitigate risk.
The ideal candidate has expertise in quality assurance operations, a keen eye for detail, and experience analyzing data to identify opportunities that have a direct impact on business outcomes. This role will join a team in building mode, and a successful candidate will have a strong bias for action and help create a sustainable quality culture.
This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Mexico.

In this role, you will:
- Process Auditing: Observe and audit deal-related interactions and workflows across various internal systems to assess performance, adherence to policy, and identify trends
- Quality Assurance & Coaching: Utilize best practices and a standardized rubric to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and service are being delivered. Design and support a coaching framework that enables managers to deliver impactful feedback to their teams
- Insight & Analysis: Leverage Excel, Google Sheets, and similar tools to analyze quality data, track metrics, and derive actionable insights. Deliver data-driven recommendations on service and process quality to Deal Support leadership
- Program Support: Support the Deal Support Quality Program through targeted auditing, designing agile monitoring forms to collect qualitative insights, and leading investigative projects that identify opportunities to improve behaviors, processes, and tools
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners in Sales, Sales Operations, and Systems teams to improve processes and achieve consistent outcomes for quality initiatives

Minimum requirements for the role:
- 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance, process improvement, or operations role, with at least 2 years directly focused on executing quality programs
- Demonstrated experience in designing and using quality assurance rubrics or scorecards to perform audits and provide structured feedback
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in root cause analysis, identifying error trends, and using data to tell a story about process performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to deliver constructive feedback and present findings clearly to stakeholders
- A meticulous attention to detail and a passion for continuous process improvement
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Experience leveraging AI tools to automate quality workflows or analyze large datasets
An ideal candidate also has
- Industry-standard quality or process improvement certifications (e.g., COPC, Six Sigma, ASQ)
- Experience incorporating stakeholder feedback (like CSAT or internal surveys) into the quality improvement process
- Experience facilitating calibration sessions with stakeholders to ensure scoring consistency and alignment
- Experience with software used for quality assurance tracking and reporting
- Familiarity with the sales deal lifecycle or a business operations environment is a strong plus
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred, but not required

As a Software Engineer II, AI Platform, you’ll help implement the design and contribute to the development of core platform capabilities that power Samsara’s next generation of AI-driven experiences. You’ll focus on supporting senior ICs on the team by building scalable, reliable systems that enable multi-step AI workflows, model execution, and integrations across products, rather than individual features. This role sits at the intersection of distributed systems and applied AI, where correctness, extensibility, and operational excellence matter as much as speed.
You’ll partner closely with Senior ICs, AI engineers, and cross-functional teams to shape shared execution patterns, define platform contracts, and evolve the foundations that support S+Engine and future AI use cases. In this role, you will:
- Build and evolve core AI platform capabilities that enable teams to develop, run, and scale GenAI-powered applications across Samsara.
- Design and implement shared execution patterns, APIs, and services that support multi-step AI workflows and system integrations.
- Develop reliable, extensible backend systems that power AI-driven experiences used across the sales funnel and beyond.
- Work hands-on across the stack, from backend services and execution infrastructure to integration with AI models and tooling.
- Collaborate closely with AI engineers, data scientists, product partners, and sales operators to turn emerging AI use cases into production-ready platform capabilities.
Minimum requirements for the role:
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience (excluding internships/contract roles), with a strong emphasis on building and operating large-scale, production backend or platform systems.
- Hands-on experience building and operating GenAI-powered systems in production, including integration with large language models (LLMs) or similar AI services.
- Experience implementing GenAI workflows such as prompt orchestration, tool execution, routing, or multi-step reasoning pipelines.
- High proficiency in backend programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or similar) and experience building reliable services with clear input/output schemas.
- Expert in Python and substantial knowledge on different GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI SDK, MCP, etc.)
- Familiarity with GenAI quality and safety considerations, such as validation of model outputs, structured responses, retries/fallbacks, and basic evaluation or monitoring approaches.
- Strong product sense and ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Located in and authorized to work in the United States (this is a fully remote role).
An ideal candidate also has:
- Experience working on AI products in a sales, go-to-market, or revenue operations context.
- Familiarity with enterprise tools like Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, or similar CRM/enablement platforms.
- Experience integrating with vector databases, retrieval systems, or streaming voice/chat pipelines.
- A track record of leading major technical initiatives or mentoring engineers in high-growth teams.
- Exposure to infrastructure considerations such as cost optimization, model evaluation, observability, and latency management.

About the role:
Samsara is looking for a Sr. Sales Operations Analyst to play a critical role in scaling and optimizing quota strategy, analytical infrastructure, and core sales systems for our global ADR organization. In this role, you will:
- Support the ADR Business Partner in streamlining and uplevel existing reporting structures and workflows in Salesforce.
- Partner with the Sales Systems team to automate workflows and enhance system processes by defining business requirements, conducting UAT, and leading sales communications.
- Intake, assess, and prioritize requests and improvement opportunities based on business impact and effort to inform a long-term roadmap.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to develop regular, data-driven quota recommendations, while collaborating with the SalesOps Business Partner on holistic quota strategy.
- Own, develop, and maintain SQL queries across Google Sheets and Databricks.
- Serve as the primary owner for troubleshooting critical support issues, creating tickets and partnering with Sales Systems to implement scalable solutions.
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.
Minimum requirements for this role:
- 2–5+ years of experience in a Sales Analyst role or in a similar growth or analytics role within a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and the broader sales technology ecosystem.
- Strong organizational skills and sound business judgment, with the ability to manage projects end-to-end.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and craft clear, compelling narratives using data.
- Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to understand sales processes, policies, and systems and communicate effectively across company, team, and sales-rep audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top university; degrees in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, or Engineering are a plus; MBA is optional.
- Salesforce Administrator Certifications are a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with Product Management and/or Six Sigma best practices is a plus but not required.

In this role, you will:
- Utilize best practices and tools from across the industry to ensure the highest standards of service are being delivered in all prospect and customer interactions
- Monitor interactions across various lines of business to assess quality of engagement and process compliance
- Implement mechanisms to track and ensure compliance with quality process requirements, call scoring, and calibration
- Drive investigative projects that identify opportunities to improve behaviors, processes, procedures, tools, training, and outcomes
- Collaborate across Sales and Sales Operations stakeholders to implement and ensure accountability in quality programs
- Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, and similar tools to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Deliver data-driven insights on the quality of sales team engagements across all segments, regions, and industries

About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Sales Performance Analyst to join our pioneering Sales Quality Programs team. The Sr. Sales Performance Analyst will partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to uplevel and drive strong sales outcomes. In this role, you will:
- Build and evolve core AI platform capabilities that enable teams to develop, run, and scale GenAI-powered applications across Samsara.
- Design and implement shared execution patterns, APIs, and services that support multi-step AI workflows and system integrations.

Minimum requirements for the role:
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience (excluding internships/contract roles), with a strong emphasis on building and operating large-scale, production backend or platform systems.
- Hands-on experience building and operating GenAI-powered systems in production, including integration with large language models (LLMs) or similar AI services.
- Experience designing or implementing GenAI workflows such as prompt orchestration, tool execution, routing, or multi-step reasoning pipelines.
- Proven experience designing and implementing distributed systems that support multi-step execution, asynchronous workflows, and well-defined service contracts.
- Strong proficiency in backend programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or similar) and experience building reliable services with clear input/output schemas.
- Expert in Python and GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI SDK, MCP, etc.)
- Familiarity with GenAI quality and safety considerations, such as validation of model outputs, structured responses, retries/fallbacks, and basic evaluation or monitoring approaches.
- Strong product sense and ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Located in and authorized to work in the United States (this is a fully remote role).
An ideal candidate also has:
- Experience working on AI products in a sales, go-to-market, or revenue operations context.
- Familiarity with enterprise tools like Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, or similar CRM/enablement platforms.
- Experience integrating with vector databases, retrieval systems, or streaming voice/chat pipelines.
- A track record of leading major technical initiatives or mentoring engineers in high-growth teams.
- Exposure to infrastructure considerations such as cost optimization, model evaluation, observability, and latency management.

About this Role
As the Sr. Renewals Digital Experience Specialist, you will be the strategic architect to own and transform the end-to-end, automated renewal experience for Samsara’s Commercial customer base. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Renewals, your goal is to transform a manual, complex renewal process into a seamless, frictionless e-commerce experience. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of revenue operations, product-led growth, and customer experience. You will design, build, and continuously optimize scalable digital programs that drive on-time renewals, reduce churn, and expand net revenue retention (NRR) — with minimal reliance on high-touch sales motions.

- Own the logic for the auto-renewal program. Define the criteria for "automatic" vs. "seller-assisted" renewals based on customer health scores and contract complexity.
- Develop digital-only pricing strategies (e.g., pre-negotiated step-ups or loyalty discounts) that incentivize long-tail customers to renew without requiring a human touch.
- Design the "Renewal Lifecycle" communication plan. This involves mapping out email, in-app notifications, and SMS triggers that highlight ROI (e.g., "You saved $X in fuel this year") to drive renewal intent.
- Audit the current "Contract to Cash" process for long-tail customers to eliminate hurdles like manual signature requirements, outdated payment methods, or fragmented billing cycles.
- Lead A/B testing for renewal offers, subject lines, and UI layouts to maximize conversion rates and Net Retention Rates (NRR)
- Train and enable Renewals and Sales teams on digital renewal processes, handoff criteria, and escalation protocols.

About this Role
As the Renewals Retention Manager, you will be the strategic architect behind our retention and growth engine. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Renewals Excellence, you will transform complex datasets into a roadmap for global renewal success. This is not a status update role; you will own the end-to-end renewal analytics and forecasting motions that give our leadership confidence in the pipeline and clarity on churn and contraction drivers.
You will be responsible for building the early warning systems and the strategic operational playbooks that allow our field teams to intervene before a customer is downsizing or lost. By partnering closely with Revenue Ops, Sales, Customer Success, and IT, you will ensure our renewal process is data-driven, scalable, and - most importantly - predictable.

In this role you will:
- Architect forecasting excellence: Drive the global renewal forecasting process, integrating customer health insights and predictive analytics to improve accuracy and predictability.
- Build early warning systems: Design and maintain sophisticated renewal health scoring models that identify at-risk accounts early enough for successful intervention.
- Deliver actionable insights: Analyze churn attribution and expansion patterns to provide Renewals and Customer Success leadership with clear, data-backed action plans.
- Optimize the renewals engine: Partner with Revenue Ops and IT to design and implement process automations that reduce manual overhead and improve data integrity.
- Lead business reviews: Create and present high-visibility dashboards and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) that communicate performance trends to senior stakeholders.
- Champion data literacy: Set the standard for analytical excellence within the Renewals organization, mentoring others on best practices for tools like Salesforce and Tableau.
Minimum Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Renewals, Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy & Analytics.
- Advanced Salesforce (SFDC) Expertise: Deep experience building complex custom report types, dashboards, and calculated fields.
- Analytical Power-User: Mastery of SQL and Excel/Google Sheets for complex data modeling, trend analysis, and performance tracking.
- SaaS Literacy: Strong understanding of recurring revenue metrics (GRR, NRR, Churn, and Expansion).
- Communication Skills: Proven ability to present complex technical findings to non-technical executive audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
An Ideal Candidate also has:
- BI Tool Mastery: Hands-on experience building and maintaining data visualizations in platforms like Tableau, Looker, or Sisense.
- Predictive Analytics Exposure: Experience using data science principles or statistical modeling to predict customer behavior.
- Change Management Experience: A track record of successfully rolling out new tools or workflows to a global, decentralized sales or renewals team.

About the role:
As a Renewal Manager for the US Mid-Market team, you will lead a team of Renewal Account Executives responsible for driving retention across Samsara’s Mid-Market customer base. You will be accountable for renewal rate attainment, forecast accuracy, and operational execution within a high-velocity segment. This role requires a strong frontline leader who can coach deal strategy, drive accountability, and build scalable processes to support consistent performance.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and coach a team of Renewal Account Executives to consistently achieve and exceed renewal and retention targets
- Drive accurate renewal forecasting and pipeline visibility, ensuring clear visibility into risk and upside
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to align on renewal strategy and account planning
- Support complex or high-value negotiations to ensure strong commercial outcomes while preserving long-term relationships
- Implement consistent inspection frameworks to improve execution and win rates
- Analyze renewal data and customer trends to identify systemic risk and performance improvement areas
- Hire, onboard, and develop an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team

Minimum requirements for the role:
- 3+ years of sales management experience with 6+ years of overall SaaS sales, renewals, or account management experience
- Proven track record of leading teams to exceed revenue or retention targets
- Experience in high-velocity, quota-driven sales environments
- Strong deal coaching and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive forecast accuracy
- Experience hiring, training, and developing sales professionals
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to operate in a fast-changing environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales productivity tools

About the Role

As our Talent Attraction Program Manager, you'll sit at the intersection of sourcing strategy, talent partnerships, and community engagement, helping build the programs and pipelines that bring world-class, mission-aligned talent to Samsara.
This is a broad, high-impact role for someone who thrives without rigid lanes. One week you're building a proactive sourcing strategy for a hard-to-fill segment; the next you're designing an external partnership or activating a curated event into a talent pipeline. You'll work closely with recruiting leadership and execute across the full attraction ecosystem making sure every channel, program, and community touchpoint is working together toward the same goal: getting great people through the door.
In This Role, You Will
- Design and own talent attraction programs across sourcing enablement, professional community partnerships, and industry events ensuring every initiative is built for pipeline impact, not just activity
- Build for the next generation of talent attraction, not the last – stay at the forefront of AI and automation in talent attraction, continuously evaluating emerging tools, piloting new capabilities, and rebuilding workflows to eliminate manual work, scale program reach, and surface sharper insights.
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of talent-focused events, from curated recruiting events to conference activations, with a clear focus on measurable hiring outcomes
- Build and manage Samsara's presence in professional communities and industry networks, translating relationships into durable talent access for recruiting teams
- Operationalize CRM strategy across all attraction efforts ensuring silver medalists, past referrals, event contacts, community connections, and inbound leads are captured, tagged, and activated through structured nurture flows
- Define and track program performance metrics such as event ROI, outreach conversion, CRM nurture engagement and translate data into strategic recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiters, HR business partners, and marketing to align attraction programs to workforce priorities and ensure seamless handoffs into hiring pipelines
Minimum Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in recruiting program management, talent partnerships, events strategy, or a related field with a clear track record of owning programs, not just supporting them
- Proven ability to design and execute complex, multi-workstream initiatives from strategy through measurement in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Track record of planning and executing events or partnership programs that convert to measurable hiring outcomes
- Comfortable working with CRM platforms and using data to tell a story, drive decisions, and report on program ROI
- Strong cross-functional collaborator who can manage multiple workstreams and align stakeholders without losing focus on outcomes
- Self-starter mentality — you're energized by ambiguity and motivated by building programs that didn't exist before
