Embedded Product Analytics Senior Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and develop embedded software solutions for product analytics, data collection, and performance monitoring.
• Use MATLAB and Simulink to apply model-based development for simulation, control design, and analytics.
• Analyze embedded system data to evaluate product behavior, performance trends, and overall system health.
• Develop condition monitoring and advanced controls concepts to improve product diagnostics and reliability.
• Perform technical analysis across hardware, software, and control interfaces to identify and resolve root causes.
• Interpret system and analytics requirements to ensure software solutions align with product intent and business needs.
• Document designs, technical analyses, and findings to support development, validation, and long-term product support.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Apply strong software development skills to support embedded products and analytics capabilities across the product lifecycle.
• Develop and integrate embedded software using tools such as MATLAB and Simulink for data acquisition and processing.
• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking to interpret embedded system data and evaluate product behavior, performance, and trends.
• Apply a controls and condition monitoring background to assess system health and identify performance deviations.
• Perform detailed technical analysis of interactions between hardware, software, and control logic.
• Interpret product, system, and analytics requirements to ensure solutions align with design intent and maintain traceability.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week at the Mossville, IL or Houston, TX office.
