Senior Business Manager, Product Analytics

What you'll do

• Translate complex behavioral data and user funnels into actionable product recommendations and feature requirements.
• Design and interpret complex A/B/n tests using advanced statistical techniques to isolate true customer incrementality.
• Query, clean, and transform massive datasets using SQL, Python, or R to uncover engagement patterns.
• Develop statistical models, user segmentation frameworks, and exploratory analyses to identify growth opportunities.
• Define and enforce standards for randomization, power analysis, and conversion window modeling.
• Synthesize multi-faceted data insights into clear, strategic narratives for executive communication.
• Establish standardized KPI frameworks and facilitate peer review gates to maintain analytical integrity.

What we're looking for

• Master’s Degree in Business or a quantitative field (preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience performing quantitative analysis.
• 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis (preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience performing qualitative analysis.
• 5+ years of experience in qualitative analysis (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in people management.
• 2+ years of experience in people management (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in project management.
• 2+ years of experience in project management (preferred).
• Fluency in SQL and Python.
• Deep expertise in statistical modeling, Design of Experiments, and causal inference methodologies.
• Experience in product development (preferred).
• Experience in financial modeling (preferred).
• Experience in economic forecasting (preferred).
