What you'll do

Provide weekly verification of PC and peripheral inventory across different networks.
Act as a liaison between various teams for tasking and inventory coordination.
Utilize inventory databases and other tools for accurate record keeping.
Troubleshoot, install, and configure desktops running Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Learn and apply cyber security methods and processes.
Configure user and computer accounts in Active Directory.
Support VMware Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) as needed.

What we're looking for

High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of additional education and/or experience.
Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret level security clearance and a Special Access Programs (SAP/SAR) clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Experience troubleshooting, installing, and configuring Windows OS desktops and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Obtain DoD 8570 IAT Level II baseline certification (e.g., Security+ CE) within 6 months of hire.
Ability to lift 40 pounds and work after hours or weekends as needed.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
CompTIA A+, Network+, Dell, or HP certifications (preferred).
