5G NTN Payload Verification Architect

What you'll do

• Own the D2D phased array verification strategy and trace requirements through subsystem and component-level test plans.
• Lead 5G NTN conformance verification adapted specifically for satellite operations.
• Manage aerospace qualification campaigns including thermal vacuum, vibration, shock, and radiation testing.
• Define RF and communications system test methodologies for transmit quality, receive sensitivity, and regulatory compliance.
• Design production ATE infrastructure to support constellation-scale manufacturing.
• Support D2D customer link verification and perform on-orbit commissioning, including launch health checks and beam validation.
• Lead on-orbit anomaly resolution and fault isolation across digital, RF, and antenna domains.

What we're looking for

• Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of verification experience, preferably in communication systems.
• 5+ years of RF and Network test equipment experience associated with SATCOM communications.
• 5+ years of hardware development, test lab, space/aerospace maintenance, or hands-on engineering environment experience.
• Experience with RF measurement equipment including power meters, spectrum analyzers, vector signal generators, network analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
• Experience in communication theory, OFDM, MIMO, Digital/Wireless Communication Systems, or RF engineering.
• Experience in 3GPP conformance testing or wireless system validation for cellular or satellite (NTN) networks.
