What you'll do

Build and lead a team of hardware and test experts to prototype and validate spaceborne antennas and customer terminals.
Design and build anechoic chambers and near-field scanners for antenna characterization and validation.
Maintain prototyping equipment, software tools, rework stations, and inspection cameras to enable rapid design iteration.
Configure and operate Network Analyzers, Signal Generators, and Signal Analyzers for RF performance testing.
Build functional prototypes and execute test campaigns to support R&D development efforts.
Lead test and verification activities across the product lifecycle and generate analysis to inform production decisions.
Design and develop custom hardware solutions that enable antenna test and calibration at scale.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in a combination of people and technical leadership.
1+ year of experience building and operating technical labs in an R&D environment.
10+ years of experience in product development, software, and hardware.
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.
Graduate degree in a relevant field (preferred).
Experience in ground-up development of test solutions (preferred).
Export control laws and regulations, candidates.
