The Application Security Insights & Intelligence Lead will join the team to build data, analytics, and reporting capabilities used to understand Application Security operations, governance, coverage, service performance, and organizational effectiveness. This hands-on role involves integrating data from multiple enterprise systems to develop analytical datasets, measures, and key performance indicators. The successful candidate will create operational and executive dashboards, identify data-quality gaps, and automate recurring data extraction, transformation, and validation processes. Required skills include substantial enterprise analytics experience, data integration, and business intelligence product development using Power BI or comparable platforms. The role also utilizes APIs, scripting, and ServiceNow data structures. This position solves the technical problem of creating scalable analytical products and reliable reporting to monitor cybersecurity performance and operational intelligence.
Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems into analytical datasets, metrics, and key performance indicators.
Create dashboards and reporting products to support operational management and executive decision-making.
Identify data-quality issues, missing relationships, and reporting gaps to drive practical solutions.
Automate data extraction, transformation, validation, refresh, and monitoring processes.

What we're looking for
Eight or more years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data integration, operational intelligence, or a related discipline.
Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, data analytics, engineering, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Hands-on experience integrating and transforming data from multiple enterprise systems, including designing analytical data models, measures, metrics, and key performance indicators.
Experience creating dashboards and business-intelligence products using Power BI or a comparable enterprise reporting platform.
Experience automating data collection, transformation, validation, refresh, or reporting processes using APIs, data-integration platforms, scripting, or comparable technologies.
Advanced Power BI experience, including Power Query, DAX, semantic modeling, dashboard development, visualization, or report optimization (preferred).
Experience with ServiceNow data structures, workflows, APIs, reporting capabilities, or related integrations (preferred).
